Helix Training Program

Fred is a graduate and a managing director of The Helix Training Program. Helix is a non-religious organization steeped in over 40 years of pioneering wellness traditions that challenge the status quo of Western clinical modalities, blending psychotherapy and spiritual teachings. We are dedicated to holistic healing, personal and professional transformation, and the training and ordination of psychospiritual therapists.

Our three-year program provides individuals and healing professionals a rigorous, hands-on applied practice in the therapeutic healing arts as well as postgraduate integrative support clinic opportunities to practice these skills in the field.

Our vision is to empower individuals and wellness practitioners to liberate themselves from institutional and cultural conditioning so that they may forge a profound connection to both self and other while actively contributing to the well-being of the Earth.
